The "live chast" offered, is based on 'leave us a message-will get back to you;; when that happens, days later, over the phone, the tech is unhelpful, condescending, unpleasant, but he can fix it if I grant him access in my computer, and there will be an Extra Charge
(it really sounded like a set up) Overall experience: miserable crooks
Threw the thing in the garbage and bought a mesh router-way to go)
