Functional, great value replacement
Product was bought as a replacement for an OEM Liftmaster 877 max. Followed the pairing instructions with relative ease and within 5 minutes product was paired and installed. One item of note, my original OEM unit had two mounting holes, a second hole had to created in the unit. This involved making some small cut aways in the lower section of the unit (on the inside) to expose the fastener hole. I also sealed rear rim of unit to ensure no water entry after mounting from wall side.
