Not what expected
Better than the ladders that come with the average walmart pools however steps bow under people's weight outside steps are very slippery when wet. It straps to the pool so u have some sense of security it's not going to fall over. Very hard to put together. You have to put several bags of sand to weigh the ladder down so it doesn't float up. I am glad i purchased it though once everything was said it done I just felt like it could have been stronger for the cost of the ladder
