    Excellent customer service! The original driver shaft I purchased snapped after a few more than 100 swings. Communicated with the owner. He didn’t have any additional units in stock in the same model. Reached out to his distributor to make it happen. Sent me a return shipping label and preemptively sent out the replacement.This was less than $100 golf shaft. No doubt he made zero profit on this transaction, and may have even gone into the Red. Hard to find legit Customer Service. They have it!
