About
Coolstufffinder was established in December 2001. Having taken a multiple year vacation from selling, Coolstufffinder's new wife and family want me to retire. Actually, they want me to clear my inventory out so we can actually use our new house!

The most succinct book I have read since "The Elements Of Style"
I am a Yoga instructor... If you have been trained in Yin or Restorative yoga; this is the most succinct on-target reference book to carry in your gym bag...
It is also known as "the little green book "
Though I was formally trained in restorative yoga; this book moved my knowledge level way beyond my expectations...
Okay, of you are a lay person, I do believe you should go to a yoga studio and take some Yin or Restorative yoga classes first; this is not a book I would recommend for a layperson...
HOWEVER, if you take a Few Restorative or Yin classes, you should buy this book; keep going to classes...and then show up early or late for your next class and discuss some of the information you are curious about...and believe you will find that your instructor would be more than happy to help guide you through the lessons in this book...
That leaves the yoga instructors...
Guys/Gals... This will probably be your best under $20.00 investment on your teaching tools...
It's all in this book from description of Yin, to "excellent" images and descriptions of how to get into each pose...
Oh, one more thing...
Make sure the "author" is Paul; there is a similar (respectable ) yoga book out there by another respectable author, I M reviewing Pauls book
