  Ad stated NEW. False, OEM IP and password had been changed, unit was bricked, restored using Hik software and tech support. Seller entered false shipping info and delayed tracking info . Zero response to communication. I gave 2 stars only because I was able to salvage the unit with work. I will not ever deal with this seller again.
