  Not exactly as pictured in photo, the box was opened and taped shut. It appeared unused but Xfinity said it was already registered to another account and they would not activate it. I should have contacted Xfinity first before buying this but that's not the seller's fault, although description was rather vague. Xfinity store ended up recycling it for me. Lesson learned not to buy these on eBay.
