Good Time-Tested Unit
Good portable unit. Works well, batteries last longer than expected. Pads will last through a number of uses if excess oil is cleaned off of skin, and pads are then placed back onto the clear plastic for storage.

Works in a pinch, but not like original equipment.
Not an OEM product. These "ear gels" (ear tips) are not made with the same material as the original Plantronics ear gels/ear tips. The plastic is very mooshy and gel-ly, doesn't keep its shape well, but better than nothing which is why I gave it 3-stars.

Better Than No Lock At All
It's not the best design, but it is better than no lock. If it is to be used on a house gun, I would suggest practicing taking it on and off, before trying to take it off in an emergency.
