Great technology
3 of 3 found this helpful This product has Novamin as the active ingredient. I have been using this product at least two years when I lived abroad. It most definitely eliminates tooth sensitivity. As for repairing teeth, my dentist noticed that minor decay in one tooth reversed - and he never heard of Novamin because (mysteriously) it is not available in the USA. You need to read about the technology to be impressed. The toothpaste does foam somewhat, but I like that because then I know my teeth are well immersed in Sensodyne's active ingredient.
