  just because it was £10 wouldn.t honour the so called warranty on the listing for a faulty keyboard said i could buy one for £7.claimed it had become dissconected in transit execpt that 4 keys didnt work .had to resell at a loss.DONT CLAIM THERE IS A WARRANTY IF ITS BS ,THIS IS HIS WORDs FROM HIS LISTING (A one month Warranty is offered for Hardware failure ONLY) too many people on here saying one thing and doing another

  I am sorry you feel the need to leave negative feedback. A refund or return was never requested, and so I did not have the opportunity to help you with this. If this had been requested it would have been honoured. I replied to your email regarding the issue with the keyboard and suggested it may have come loose in transit. All keys were working before dispatch. I did state replacement keyboards are very cheap to purchase on EBay because a return and refund was not requested. Regards
