1 of 1 found this helpful Product came with box ripped open and several very minor scratches on the sound bar . Nothing was wrapped which I thought was potentially odd, though I don’t know if that is just how Bose does these bundles. I’ve only ever bought individual speakers and sound bar sets, and small components usually came in bags. Otherwise, sound quality is excellent, fills my living room effortlessly and the subwoofer is extremely powerful when you use the Bose app to turn it up. What I’d call typical Bose quality, great speakers with a lot of throw for big spaces. Aside from the open box it came in, I am happy with the purchase.
