The item is good, but almost a little to...

The item is good, but almost a little too good. I now can’t get my case off of my ipod no matter how hard I try. I’ve been trying at it for about 20 minutes and I still can’t get the thing off. I don’t want to break it, I just want to get a piece of hair out that got stuck in there lol.
