The piece was not in the box so not much I could do. I contacted the seller who responded immediately. An apology and a refund were issued along with a promise to notify us if a new item returns to stock. Overall well done. How customer service is supposed to be.

Finding deals like this make me harken back to my early days of eBaying (at least 2 decades ago!). How a seller can provide an item that looks mint at a price that is less than 1/3 list AND with FREE SHIPPING (& a week ahead of schedule) is beyond me...but keep it coming! Sometimes you feel like deals can't be real...but it is! And, yet another ornament series that the "dealers" at Hallmark can get an ornament "junky" hooked on! GREAT transaction.

I had ordered previously from this company, and USPS lost the order after shipping it to 14 different locations. The company refunded me, and lo and behold, a week later the order showed up. I asked them to send me a new invoice, but they told me to keep the order as a gift. They really didn’t have to do that, but I will definitely do business with them again. They stand by their promise. Excellent communication. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
