    Seller claims this is new, but it is a used retail CPU from Aliexpress.. Seller advertised this comes with a Wraith Stealth cooler (see photo) it comes with no cooler. The item arrives in a used retail plastic slip with Japanese "VOID" sticker. I am a system builder for over 40 years, I know Aliexpress parts, and this was only 7 dollars cheaper than a retail cpu with a cooler off Amazon, with them not providing a cooler or new CPU.. Its an obvious rip off. DON'T DO IT!
