DO NOT USE DHL SHIPPING!!!!
My Review is about the shipping of the Item. On Thursday I came home from work to find the note on the door that DHL tried to deliver our item. The note said they would return on Friday to deliver and if you are not going to be there sign the back of the note and they will leave it at the door. NOTE: we needed this item for SATURDAY. Friday by 5:00 p.m. our item had still not arrived so I called DHL and asked, they said the item was enroute to our home. I call my home at 7:30 p.m. to find the item had still NOT been delivered so I call DHL back. They said the item was still enroute. I asked how late do you deliver they said till 8:00 p.m. I said it is now 7:50 p.m.. DHL - Oh,it is? We will check and have a supervisor call you back. 8:30 p.m. DHL supervisor calls me to tell me "we won't be delivering your item till Monday. I said that wont work and I need my item for Saturday or I would lose money. DHL supervisor basically said she didnt care and ended up hanging up on me. Came home Monday 4:00 p.m., still no item called DHL told the story and was told the driver said he tried to deliver Friday and no one was home. BIG LIE! DHL TAG STILL ON FROM DOOR SIGNED ON BACK TO LEAVE IF NOT HOME. BUT, WE WAS HOME ALL DAY FRIDAY! When drive finally showed up LATE! I questioned him and he said he didnt even work on Friday. Needless to say DHL is THEE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!!! Ask the overseas companies to us other shipping companies if you need you item on time!!!! JUST SAY NO TO DHL!!!!!!!
8/12/10 Well, I just ordered my seconds camera from this company this week and once again SHIPPING problems this time do to paper work from the company I purchased the camera from not being completed. After the first time they said they woud give me a discount if I ordered anything else from them. Did they follow through? NO!!! Two orders $80.00 in shipping charges and NOTHING has worked out with this company! Try to be nice and give them a second chance and that didnt go well. You would think at some point they would do something to try to make it better, NOTHING!!!! Twice I ordered my item early in the week so I would have it by the Friday and TWICE they failed!
