Works terrifically!
I've never used silicone baking mats before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Usually, I use parchment paper for lining cookie sheets. I'm SO glad I bought this!
I measured and cut it in half, which perfectly fit my two larger baking sheets. I did find I had to lower my oven temperature by an additional 25°F, and decrease baking time by 1-2 minutes. But once I figured it out, my cookies turned out perfectly (and I do a LOT of baking in December, so that says a lot).
Most shocking was that "stained glass cookies" (which have crushed hard candy in areas that had been cut out of a sugar cookie tough) didn't stick at all! Normally no matter what I do, the candy sticks a bit.
Best of all, it was more affordable than other mats (that were too big for my small sheets and too small for my big sheets). I may end up buying another roll to line my smaller pans in the future.
I highly recommend this product.

Really good, but buy more than you think you'll need!
This will be my first review on here, so please bear with me. I grew up with Mince pies, but went Vegetarian in my teens. I've tried a couple recipes for homemade mincemeat, but they're so much work, and not quite what I'd hoped for. I stumbled upon Robertson's Mincemeat mentioned on a site elsewhere, but it was always out of stock. Finally, I ordered it on here.
The smell is exactly the same as the Nonesuch stuff my mom uses. And when I tasted a tiny bit, it was exactly what I'd been looking for. But one jar is WAY too small to fill a 9" pie (to be fair, they suggest mini-pies). I used my grandmother's trick of adding raisins to help, but by the time I was done, the pie was half raisins! lol. In short, if you're trying to make a (regular) 9" pie, buy two jars. If you're going for deep-dish pie, you might need three. It definitely smells and tastes (out of the jar, anyway) amazing. I recommend it for any Veg*n who happens to love and miss mince pies.

Low on space, but want a washer that cleans well? This is for you!
Overall, this is a good machine. It's described as "portable", and it is to an extent (it's a little on the heavy side, but not so much so that it can't be moved). It doesn't take up a lot of space either.
It washes very well (When I used it to wash some clothes I'd washed in my old front-loader, I was surprised how much cleaner they came out). It's much more quiet than I'd expected too.
The only real downfalls I found are that it uses a LOT of water, and it doesn't have bleach or softener dispensers (I bought a Downy Ball for the softener).
