Ideal
It contained so much more information than I expected. This book puts so many other things in perspective. I am very grateful to all the people who came together to make such a book possible.

Great teachings.
This book stands well alone. I did not know however, at the time I bought it that it is a companion book to another Eva Rose book. I ended up buying bother, which isn't really necessary.
