Great machine
1 of 1 found this helpful Using my Bowflex 3x per week. It's so easy to use; I have my workout goals written down and I can see where every few weeks I'm making new gains. My left shoulder was bothering me while playing pickleball. Not any more as I am strengthening my entire shoulder girdle with the help of the exercise descriptions that came with the machine. Love my Bowflex!
