Defective screen
2 of 2 found this helpful The unit I recieved had a defective screen and it was difficult to enter an address. The touch screen was shifted to the left, so when you press say "w" on the qwerty keyboard, you get either nothing or you get "q". Only if you type on the extreme right of a letter you get it. Extremely annoying.
After talking to the seller, I re calibrated the screen and it fixed my problem. The touch screen is not very sensitive however and it is still not very easy to type.
On the side note, I had an older unit from garmin and the keyboard was bigger, even though the screen was smaller than on the 1350T. The reason is that they added more symbols and also number on the same screen. A big mistake in my opinion, this renders typing more cumbersome. The good new things is the picture of the lanes in the corner. This helps to understand the direction when you are driving on a road with multiple exits close to each other.
Another problem I have with this unit is the map. About 1/3 of the time, Garmin does not know the address I am typing in. And I live in Atlanta, Ga, not in the middle of nowhere. And the addresses I am typing are not new either. They really need to get that problem fixed.
Overall, I am disappointed with this product. My previous garmin was rather better. I would not recommend it unless you pay less than say $60 for it and you only use the GPS once in a while.

Nice Stirling engine
Works very well, nice movement too. Some of the pieces could be more nicely cut/sanded but overall it is a great little engine, a bargain for the price. Seller stands by its products as well.
