Poorly engineered product
Dometic produced a substandard product clearly to generate aftermarket money off of their captive customers.
These handles are on a 3 year old refrigerator in an RV that gets used about 30 days a year. The design is terrible and clearly made to break. Extra sad fact that all 4 handles on a refrigerator that costs in excess of $3K are all made in the same poor fashion.
The company ought to be ashamed of themselves for such poor engineering.
