New OEM wheel

For a new wheel I was bummed that it has some damage BEFORE it was shipped. The box it was packed in had the extra cardboard on both top and bottom of the box inside and the box had NO damage. A paint chip no problem, but on the bottom of the wheel opposite of the paint chip is gouged on the bead (reboxed? tire machine or chisel?) I am keeping the wheel, only the paint chip will be visible after a tire is installed.
