Shipping took a while and box arrived severely damaged as a result of poor packaging. Thankfully the product itself arrived in one piece with no missing items, hence the neutral rating (otherwise, I would've just reached out directly). Hope the next person doesn't experience this!

I apologize for the condition the package arrived in. I have a 3 day handling time, and the package was sent out within that time. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to packaging my items. The United States Postal Service is 100% at fault for this.
