LOVE IT
2 of 2 found this helpful it's amazing. My floors always have a shine of cleanliness after each cleaning. The level of loudness seems to be the same on hardwood floor as well as carpet. It is quieter than a vacuum but it is not quiet. It does enough bumping force to knock over my guitar stand, so the dual mode virtual wall barrier is essential and has since worked great. The recommended cleaning time frames per operations manual is wide at best, I've had the unit less than 30 days, and used less than 10 times and I have already had to clean the extractors ( I do have 2 pets, so could just be all that hair). The cleaning maintenance of the unit is very user friendly. We've done the trash bin, the filter, and the extractors, all with ease. This has been a great investment and I'm very happy. Recommendations for continued improvement: less noise, less harsh impact, and continued improvements on mapping - once mapped, the unit should no longer need to bump into furniture or walls, it should automatically know to turn. Highly recommend.
