    Arrived on time and as described. Minor cosmetic damage occurred during shipping to the vent near the audio/video jack. Vent is pushed in slightly compared to sellers pre-shipment picture. Does not impact functionality. Would recommend more packing material, packed tightly, such that laptop/item can't shift in the box.
