Customer service was excellent in that the first item shipped did not arrive and when contacted they promptly sent out a replacement the next day.     As described , looks like it will do the job , however usps took to long took 12 days to get from Nebraska to IL. Tracking number provided but just kept saying on its way to next facility , didnt move for several days , no response from seller when asked for assistance

    Why this wasn't shipped to my business address is bull they happily took my money only to keep it for a week before I had to go and ask why my order hasn't shipped only for them to refund my card that takes another 7 to 10 days without my money so I can order from someone that actually wants to sell one mean while my business suffers without the equipment I need because of them that's not right I feel as though the should be responsible for the loss of review im experiencing due to there actions
