  I received a different model of the product than the one pictured in the eBay ad. The seller apologized for this, and offered a small partial refund. It then turned out that the product was defective. I have since sent multiple messages to the seller about this issue, and the seller has not responded. I am not sure if the product was already broken when sold to me, or was damaged in shipping, but I received a broken product. I have even spent additional money trying to fix it with no success.
