One of the best channel 4 films ever.
As with "East is East", this sequel is both happy and sad. All the characters are realistic and I can imagine living in their street back in the 70's. Subjects that were taboo then and not so now are investigated and understood. This is a life journey film with all the ups and downs you would expect to experience. All in all a brilliant film.

better than expected for the price
purchased as a test to see if i needed a far more expensive brand. i'm not race prepping my engine, i just want to replace the bulky plastic junk under the bonnet without losing filtering. this will do the job just fine.

Not as easy as they suggest!
Firstly, the supplier is in China, Not the UK, they use a "fulfilment Company" to deliver your order from the UK, this is fine until you need support, then, you're looking at 24 hrs for a reply. the supplied instructions and any CD that comes with this are in garbled English and, especially to the layman, will give you very little help installing and setting up this kit. if you are not I.T literate and if you do not own a long LAN lead, a spare pc Monitor and get frustrated when things don't work "out of the box" then you would be better employing someone to install this for you, which, like the LAN cable and monitor (oh, and the internal hard drive) all serve to add cost to this reasonably priced system. the item itself appears well made and the cameras are compact and easy to install. you will need a mains supply within 1 metre of the cameras final position for the power supply. if you have the relevant additional parts, then I suggest you set it up in the same room as the router so you can familiarise yourself with the control elements. this also gives you a chance to see how strong the signals from the cameras are. when ready, move the cameras to as far as possible away from the receiver box to see which one has the weakest signal, this one can then be marked as to be the closest to the receiver when installed. this unit came with the 2MP cameras, which is a good feature, the day and night vision are excellent, the lesser cameras (1 and 1.2MP) probably give a good picture but i can't say as i dont have them. don't expect miracles from this unit, the wireless aspect means that there is a delay between the camera and the receiver. the better the reception, the quicker the signal from the camera to the internet. the suggested app, "ip pro" drops out / fails too often to be useful, when contacting the support desk of the manufacturer they gave me a link to "eseenet" which is more efficient. I have said I'd recommend this product, but, only if you have the patience of a saint, the knowledge of a network engineer and extra cash for additional items! I am still experiencing camera drop-out due to several issues but I shall persevere, adding bigger aerials, moving the receiver etc.. (maybe e-bay could add a "maybe" and an "ok" to the check boxes. )
