Unit replacement
Product arrived after a few days instead of a couple of weeks as predicted. Very grateful as we had no heating. The unit was a like for like replacement and easily fitted to the original back plate. Easy to programme and understand. I would recommend this company and certainly use them again.

Works well
Arrived on time, very well packaged.
Unit was just what I wanted to replace a broken one. I wanted one with a hard drive and it works exactly the same as my other one. Though it said factory restored it unfortunately still contained all of the previous owners recordings and no hard drive space available. Took a while to sort but I did it and now have full hard drive available.
