Just what I was looking for
I was introduced to the idea of ketogenics in another "self-help" book. I was looking for a cookbook with easy recipes that uses the kinds of ingredients already in my pantry. Sure wish I would have gotten this book first! Suzanne explains the keto way of eating in an easy, straight forward manner. I especially appreciate her lists of what foods are best for this lifestyle and where to buy them. The list of 30 days of meal plans (with recipes) is a big help as well.
