Post office contacted me stating I had a letter waiting for me there that I OWED postage on. Sure enough it was my item from this seller with JUST a STAMP on it. No tracking number. I refused to pay the extra postage. So seller lied about the tracking number. I requested a refund and seller ignored me completely after that. Had to open a case to get money back.
