Came in original packaging and couldn’t tell it was refurbished vs new. Very glad I paid 1/3rd of the MSRP for the Pitbull shaver because the performance equates to being worth about a 1/3rd of MSRP. Much better than most $30-$50 shavers and much less than Braun 9000 series for closeness of shave. Cleaning is as easy as Braun 9000 with the cleaning stand included. I have tried 20-30 shavers over the past 4 years. Final thought: Great deal for $70-$80 range but not MSRP!
