Excellent reliability for an exceptionally fair price.
This is the third purchase of the same watch over many, many years. It is a watch I've never given a second thought to to take off before doing anything. The crystal is also remarkably scratch resistant. An excellent value.

The control units could have been better...
The control units could have been better designed by Sunbeam - when turned on, the time automatically goes to 8 hours and heat to 6. How about starting a low settings and let the user make the decision OR when turned on, return to the settings when it was previously turned off.

Need instructions to change alarm each time
A few more buttons could simplify setting non-consistent alarm times. I've gone back to my old clock radio that doesn't require following what seems like a 15-20 step procedure to reset a different wake up time. The lower display light level still is distracting at night needless to say the high factory set level is close to a night light.
