Quality Control

Heat control, (amount of pellets fed into burn pot) is not calibrated correctly. The low setting feeds the highest amount of pellets; the middle setting feeds the lowest amount of pellets; and the high setting feed the medium amount of pellets. Confused we are too! The circulation fan controls work correctly. I would not recommend this product to anyone who may have multiple people operating the pellet stove. Additionally, I note the survey title is for a Whitefield Optma stove. The website I purchased this from claims it is for a Whitefield FS30 which I have. The paperwork accompanying the controller indicated it is for a FS30.
