Had to return defective speaker
2 of 2 found this helpful I have 2 others of these Bose speakers that work great. This one however, would not keep a charge after a few months and I could only send it back to Bose for a replacement. I'm waiting on it now. I also learned, while trying to fix the problem, that these speakers need to receive updates online in order to operate smoothly. I never had a speaker that needed maintenance like that and find it inconvenient to have to do this.
