1 of 1 found this helpful After 20+ years the top finally broke on one of them. Pretty good life span for something I can use several times a day. Bought two more sets. One to use and a spare set.

Highly recommended phone for hearing impaired and works with hearing aids.
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this phone for my elderly mother who has nerve damage to both of her ears and was recently forced to start wearing hearing aids. She could not hear people on the phone with the hearing aids. This phone has remedied that problem. The audio output level is high enough that her behind the ear hearing aids easily pick up the audio from the handset. Operation is also very easy. She normally has problems learning to use what she calls "modern gizmos". This phone's operation was almost the same as the Uniden brand phone it replaced so transfering to it was seamless. Overall a highly recommended phone for those that need higher audio output from a phone.
