The SNES CLASSIC MINI item I received is NOT authentic and has a well-known counterfeit serial number (SU220670230). I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I recommend buyers save your money and look elsewhere! Shipping was eh. NOT AS DESCRIBED. Not a good value.
