  Seller canceled order, first claimed item amounts were not as described but I said I wanted anyway. Then said offer accepted was too low. Seller sent me an offer, I countered and seller accepted it. Why accept? Order was canceled but eBay said there was a problem with issuing refund, had to wait 5 days then file an "item not received" case. This was in the email from eBay, unsure if seller was aware or not.
