    There was a confusion on shipping but in the end the seller was honest and the item was delivered I purchased one locally but I will keep this one for a spare because seller kept his word and this was a very positive experience it was the shipping company that did not track the item at all was not the seller's fault

    The picture on eBay showed a Braun 32S shaver head. That is what I wanted and what I ordered. What arrived was a Braun 32B shaver head. I didn't want the 32B. I wanted the 32S that was shown in the picture. If I had wanted a 32B there were several available that were cheaper that this listing. Also, the package was heavily taped, indicating that it had been opened, and therefore was quite possibly used. I'll keep it, but I'll never do business with this seller again.
