  Car arrived damaged as not secured in box or packaged in a way to minimise potential for damage. Two attempts to contact seller over 5 days, both not responded to. Had to go via eBay to get a resolution and accepted a partial refund. Unable to recommend seller based on this experience.

  we contacted the buyer and explained how sorry we was it got further damaged in transit it was sold as spares repair and offered a large partial refund straight away when we were contacted exagerated feedback response

  Thé seller completely misrepresented the condition of the books, listing photos of books in excellent condition. When they arrived they were musty, covered in brown mould spots, and the slipcase was mouldy inside. When I contacted them they apologised and said that they would refund the books as soon as they received them. I posted them back and they did not issue a refund immediately or after the time permitted and I have had to open a case. AVOID THIS SELLER !
