These graphite gaskets rock
I love these for turbo applications, they seal excellent and allow for flange warping.

Dual inlet/outlet...crossover!?
1 of 1 found this helpful This muffler is ALSO A crossover, I didn't expect this. It's super well built with nice thick exterior stainless. I would say that despite it being a 3" design, the way magnaflow designed the cross over it is somewhat restrictive for a forced induction v8. I have this set up with two same side inlet/outlet magnaflow 2.5" mufflers and 3" pipe, long tube headers on a supercharged LS. It produces 94 decibels at 3500 rpm free rev (no load) at 20" from the outlet of the exhaust. This is very quiet.... with just a hint of the performance the truck has lurking under the hood. Under full throttle and max boost, it does increase some, but very reasonable.
My experience with magnaflow mufflers has been they eventually have some of the packing blow out, though reasonable and over quite a bit of use. They also offer a lifetime warranty. However, I have never attempted to use it.

Excellent quality, it's a Rockford!
We set this sub woofer up as a sealed box, though instructions are provided for size and design for both ported and sealed. It is hooked to a older 300 watt RMS Rockford Punch amp. Sound quality is very good. The cone and surround are excellent quality. I've got another P2 that is several years old and continues to provide great sound without evidence of the surround failing. The older unit (not purchased from this seller) did eventually require the flexible lead from the amp hook on the speaker going to the internal windings to be repaired via solder after years of severe use. I would say it's not a design fault, just something that I'd consider maintenance. With regard to sound quality, this unit seems very responsive to various frequencies and filter settings from the amp.
