Works
I already have one of these so no surprises. No problems so far with the refurbished nature of this one.

Loose batteries
The batteries are fine but the fit in the charger is poor. I have had to use a rubber band to try and hold them in place but they often don't and therefore don't charge. There is no prospect of using the charger on the move in a car

Comfortable
I can't say how this compares to similar chairs. Seems robust and is comfortable
