V11 is able to compete with mains powered vacuum
More suction than the old Dyson DC59 it replaced which suffered from the motor stop start syndrome unless it was kept spotlessly clean inside. Filter is larger so should not clog and is easier to wash. Cleaning car it is as good as the mains powered vacuum. Not so with previous Dysons

Valve fix for faulty old design
Just needs instructions. This is a different design to the old valve which always breaks in two and mixes cold with hot no matter what the setting. The broken off half stays inside somewhere! Remove grub screw (faces towards the back of the unit) pull out the old valve. Push new valve in and replace grub screw. Tighten screw till it just bottoms out then back off a little to allow valve to turn. Done.

Design looks good for the price
Had a look inside and it looks to have the features of a good antenna. Water proofing could be an issue so I added some silicon sealer on when I reassembled it. Picks up all the channels in the city no problems. Yet to test it in remote areas.
