Vision is worth it.

I don't know if taking beta carotene has anything to do with it, but I am 58 and still don't need bifocals.

Great, if you are older!

This is grrrrreat! I have read reviews that say it has little to no effect, except that it keeps them awake. I can only assume they are too young for it to make a difference for them. But, for this 56 year old guy, it packs a wallop of goodness. Does what it says. I can't say it it takes me back to my twenties, but it does restore me to 40ish.
