  Seller mis-described the item in all ways. Title, description and photos. Then suggested I was in error to expect to receive the items he was describing. In truth he blundered by putting either the wrong item or the wrong price and refused to honour the deal. Had it been a matter of hundreds or thousands of pounds I would have understood, but this was way, way less. Then claims to have lost the items. Refunded in full hence neutral not negative feedback.
