Poor workmanship and flawed design.
Motor is too loud. Pets will not tolerate the noise. Impeller is loose and makes rubbing noises. No filter in hair receptical. Looks like hair is growing out of the catchbasket . Alot of the hair and dust particles are just return to the air.

Heads up about handles
My tumbler is wonderful and I am completely satisfied. The is one thing buyers should be aware of. This is a newer model tumbler(191) and not all of the handles that you can purchase that fit the older model will not fit the new model. Just need to make sure if you are buying a handle, it must be for the model 191 tumbler
