I asked for a refund and the seller refused. So I opened a claim then he offered me a $5 refund for a $30 item. Was not willing to work with me at all. That’s why you should always use a reputable pay service like PayPal. The got me my $30 back. We tried to work with the buyer, but the ability to accept a return or send a refund is removed when a chargeback case is opened. We had a bad experience also.
