Too confusing to program
Too confusing to program and use. Now just sitting in drawer collecting dust cause everyone who has tried to program it hasn't been successful

NOT WATERPROOF!!!
This product claims it is water proof which is the main reason I got it. I also liked that you could correct two dogs at the simultaneously with one remote. But the first time it got wet with rain it quit working. This was a waste of my money. My dogs love to swim and sometimes they get carried away and don't hear me and I was hoping this would help audibly with that but I didn't even get the chance to try it. I took unit apart and nothing is sealed to keep water out. It is ridiculous and false advertising. They lied about their product's performance

Good watch
Just got it today. I like it. Seems durable.
