  Item received well packaged and in excellent condition. Seller was forthcoming with info on add-ons. Overall great service. I would only advise the seller to inform the buyer in the description that they would need to buy the official sony ac adapter and charger for the device. It was not to big of an issue, as they are really cheap. You will need it to charge and use the device.

Absolutely excellent work done on the system, and the few problems that did arise, seller quickly responded with solutions and fixes. Not only offering to have it shipped back, but also personal fixes and guides I could follow to fix the problems. Great shipping, but I'd give the seller 6/5 stars if I could.
