try this GOLDENSEAL WITH ECHINACEA PURPUREA ROOT POWDER
I combine GOLDENSEAL with ECHINACEA and it is great for Sinus infection. IT has helped me heaps . Mix 1:1 teaspoon in a little glass of water and drink afterwards another glass of water. Tastes not so good. I did this one day 4 x and it cleared most of it, I reduced the amount the next day by 2x and then another few days 1 x a day. Got rid of it what Antibiotic did not achieved. Do not use it too long as it might give some stomach problems. But once a week keeps things in check.

Health Hoax, Never be fat again and Never feel old again
I got 3 of his books Health Hoax very informative talks of different topics and a lot of stuff I did not know, Never feel old again and Never be fat again. All books go more into detail of explaining what different foods do to us , basically see inside the bubble. But transferring all this knowledge into day to day will not be that easy. But definitely worth while if you want to get rid of medical issues....which in my case becomes important. I begin to see myself in a different way, instead of just pleasing my "feelings" and just eat and drink what I feel like I am understanding now what it is all about in more detail, so much that I want to change very much. I have been reading also other books from other authors and the picture becomes clearer. Yes very good books would recommend
