Not new but still happy

The posting said it was new but not in original packing. It looked new but had screw driver marks on the side where it had been pried open once or twice to install/replace the battery. It did come with an extra battery, works great and saved almost $15 over a new one from Sears so I am happy with the purchase.

Great Condition and Good Value

I had previously bought one of these new so knew what to expect regarding ease of use and functionality and it did not disappoint. Condition was better than expected and it worked fine. My only issue, which is very minor, is the previous owner had numerous playlists loaded with many of the same songs, some being slightly different versions, on each list which took a while to go through and delete. There is probably a way to "select all" and "delete" but I couldn't figure out how and there were a few songs that I wanted to keep. In any case, I would have preferred receiving it with no playlists or songs.

Very Functional Tool

The tool works really well and simplifies minor adjustments (tighter or looser) of the chain without re positioning the tool. The bend in the tool is also beneficial for avoiding interference by the tire. I expected it to be a bit longer for better leverage and easier use but still works fine. It is rather thin and unfinished steel so seems somewhat pricey for what you get which is why I didn't give it 5 stars although its functionality makes up for what it lacks in appearance and stiffness.
